"My Son came to visit me from Florida. We decided to go to South Dakota just for a little getaway. We went through Custer State Park in South Dakota . I'm from Scottbluff NE. We left the road to get onto the highway, about a mile on the highway our tire blew out. It was pretty cold and I was so nervous my Son out there trying putting the donut on the car. But he got it done. He drove into town really slow on the donut. We were 28 miles from Rapid City. We got to the tire place and they said they didn't have that size tire available. They wouldn't get one until the next the morning. My Son said that's okay, we'll just go ahead and rent a room for tonight. On our the way to the motel the donut went flat. Then I remembered I have State Farm towing service. I got my insurance card out of the glove box. My Son called State Farm. The Lady was very nice & very helpful. It took less than 5 minutes to get a towing truck ordered. Almost immediately we got a call from the towing company, stating that they would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. We left the car there and went on an Uber to the motel. The tow truck driver called us as soon as he picked up the car and he called us as soon as he dropped it off. The tire company texted my Son to let him know that the car had arrived. I am so grateful that we have State Farm. Thank you so much!! This insurance is a life saver. I wished I had remembered sooner."
